PROPERTY & FACILITIES SUPPORT ASSISTANT — EMPLOYABILITY BOOSTER PROGRAMME

PROGRAMME INTRODUCTION

Behind every shopping mall, commercial building, residence, or clubhouse is a professional team ensuring smooth operations and a safe, comfortable environment. If you’re detail-oriented, steady, and attentive, the Property & Facilities Support Assistant (PFSA) role is your ideal entry point into this professional field.

Organised by Generation Hong Kong, this full-time Employability Booster programme is tailored for school leavers and unemployed individuals aged 18 to 29 with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The programme is fully funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust under the CLAP-TECH Pathway: Star initiative.

  • School leavers or unemployed youth aged 18–29 with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Basic self-care abilities
  • Basic computer and smartphone operation knowledge
  • Receptive to customer-facing tasks
  • Keen to start a full-time job after training (subject to job offer) and not enrolled in other full-time courses for the next 12 months
  • Legally permitted to work in Hong Kong
  • Pass the online test and interview

The course aims to train students to master the most in-demand technology and professional skills in the industry, as well as to help students gain a thorough understanding of new trends in the industry’s future development and cultivate the correct behavioural skills and mindset.

Graduates can play to their strengths in different positions, such as:

  • Property Management Assistant
  • Facility Support Assistant
  • Leasing Administration Assistant
  • Administrative Property Assistant
