The Jockey Club Multiple Pathways Initiative – CLAP-TECH Pathway is an education model for students’ career planning and life development. 

Under the Jockey Club Multiple Pathways Initiative, the “Jockey Club CLAP–TECH Pathway: Star” is built upon P-TECH, a learning model pioneered by IBM for cultivating talents in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry, while also incorporating career and life development (CLD) elements of CLAP@JC funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust.

This programme aims to provide new pre-employment training for young people with special educational needs (SEN), also narrow the gap between education and employment for SEN young people through effective methods of Generation Hong Kong to solve youth employment challenges.
